Gralex Inc. was founded in early 1991 as a consulting firm dedicated to the pressed paperboard and food packaging industry. By late 1991, Gralex was designing and manufacturing specialty equipment for niche markets in the paper converting industry.
Through the years, Gralex has been responsible for many of the developments in the paper plate and ovenable paperboard tray markets through their association with several Fortune 500 companies.
Today, Gralex has grown to provide equipment and services for the thermoformed paper plate and tray industry in Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia and South America as well as North America. A diverse workforce provides for unique perspectives to engineering challenges resulting in innovative solutions in product development, process development, and machinery development.
